This Privacy Policy explains how Protyu Cleaner ("the Application") handles information. We are committed to protecting user privacy. By using the Application, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy.

2. DATA COLLECTION AND PRIVACY (THE "ZERO-DATA" PROMISE)

The Application is designed as a local system utility.

• No Personal Data: Protyu Cleaner does NOT collect, store, or transmit any personally identifiable information (PII), such as names, email addresses, IP addresses, or location data.
• No Tracking: We do not use cookies, trackers, or analytics (like Google Analytics) to monitor your behavior.
• Local Processing Only: All cleaning operations (deleting temporary files, clearing cache, system optimization) occur strictly on your local machine. No file data is ever uploaded to a cloud or external server.

3. PERMISSIONS AND SYSTEM ACCESS

To function correctly, the Application may request Administrator Privileges. These permissions are used exclusively to:

• Access system folders (Temp, Prefetch, etc.) to remove junk files.
• Modify local registry keys for optimization purposes (if applicable).
• Manage system processes to free up RAM.

Disclaimer: These permissions are never used to access personal user files (Documents, Photos, etc.) or for any malicious activity.

4. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

Protyu Cleaner does not contain any third-party advertisements or SDKs. There are no external links within the application that could lead to data harvesting by third parties.

5. USER RESPONSIBILITY AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Use at Own Risk: Protyu Cleaner is provided "AS IS." While we strive for safety, the developer is not responsible for any data loss, system instability, or hardware issues resulting from the use of the cleaning tools. Users are encouraged to maintain backups of important data before performing deep system cleans.

6. COMPLIANCE WITH COPPA & GDPR

Since no data is collected, the Application is fully compliant with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). We do not knowingly interact with or collect data from children under 13.

7. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

We reserve the right to update this policy. Any changes will be reflected with a new "Effective Date." Since the app does not have a backend, we recommend checking the Store listing for policy updates.
